As a young man Tim studied fine arts with a love for oils and impressionist. His passion for art and the impact of art in our lives has allowed him to become a Chef attentive of how we perceive our food and the experience it can bring to a dining environment. In the Asian culture, The Art of Food is an intricate piece of a healthy and prosperous life. 

KING

SOUS CHEF MIKADO SUSHI & GRILL METROWEST

An ambitious and focused young chef. King lived in Manhattan, New York for 7 years where he met Tim. He decided to pursue his dream to become a chef by moving to China and attending a culinary school. After he completing school he moved back to the United States but in a new territory; Florida. Tim then chose King to become his Sous Chef in his restaurant Mikado Sushi & Grill and has thriving for the past 3 years.
